I've been involved in volunteering, advocacy, campaigning, and activist education for a variety of non-profit groups in Philadelphia, London, Nairobi, and Garissa, Kenya. I've volunteered for or worked closely with Haki na Sheria, Makan, Privacy International, Amnesty International, Akwaaba, Jewish Voice for Peace, and Campaign Against the Arms Trade.

 

This work has been wide-ranging: from food distribution to research and strategic planning to workshop facilitation to report writing to co-leading teach-ins, campaigns, and fundraisers. I'm currently on Haki na Sheria's advisory board and am a Steering Committee member for the newly launched Just Tech and Migration Community.
